Greeter, Director of Composting

In the year of 2005 Paco was born in Russia and as poor immigrant came to America. “Paco” is named in honor of his birthday the 5th
of May (Cinco de Mayo). He has no previous experience in the wine industry and is really good for nothing. Still, he has become a good friend to family so we put him in charge of greeting people and compositing- when he finds time for it.
